French, born in 1964, married with 2 children, has been Executive Manager in different multinational companies in the Financial and Information Technologies sector.
Speaks fluently English, French, and Italian.
Started the Horse-Ball in 1989, he brought with him his technical knowledge in Italy where he has been sent for professional reasons. He starts the development in Italy to the point where Horse-Ball become parts of the National Federation.
In 1999, following the International Commission put in place by Jean Paul Depons, he create the current International Federation. Starting as General Secretary. President since 2001.
He played for the Italian team and participated to 5 European Cup.
