Communication commission

Mission

The FIHB Communications Commission is responsible for all activities involving FIHB’s relations with the media, as well as for the production of FIHB’s various publications and reports. It promotes the work and positive values of FIHB to the outside world, beyond just the Horse-Ball family.

Goals

  • Works directly with journalists and broadcasters on a worldwide basis
  • Responding to media enquiries
  • Providing information, drafting press releases
  • Organising interviews and press conferences

When Horse-Ball for the first time was introduced to the Swedish audience at Stockholm International horse Show 2006 it was a roaring success. The TV commentators said that it was the most fantastic development that the equestrian sport has ever seen, much more exciting that they could ever anticipate.
